Enquiries and follow-up

The contact form collects your name, company (if supplied), email, selected equipment and message. We save an enquiry securely on our hosting server before confirming receipt, then deliver it to our Microsoft 365 sales mailbox and Zoho CRM for follow-up. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. These service providers may process information outside your province or Canada.

Please include only information needed to answer your question. An equipment enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We would ask separately before adding you to a marketing list.

Retention and access

Website delivery copies are normally removed after 90 days once delivery is complete. Unresolved delivery records remain until resolved. Relevant correspondence and CRM records are retained as needed for your enquiry, our business relationship and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about retention.

Website measurement

We count product-page views, document downloads, contact-link clicks and enquiry starts and submissions. These first-party totals do not include names, email addresses, message contents, visitor identifiers or tracking cookies. We retain aggregate totals for 90 days and respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional browser events.

Security and hosting logs

Our hosting service records requests needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include page addresses, time, browser details and IP addresses. Short-lived hashed address counters help limit automated requests. Cloudflare may process browser and network information to perform its spam check.

External resources

Manufacturer and YouTube links open services with their own privacy practices. External videos are not embedded or loaded automatically. We do not use advertising trackers, customer accounts or an online checkout.
